Musical Valentines

We loved writing and teaching this lesson and hope you and your students enjoy it as well! Children will enjoy learning and singing a cute song about music to Beethoven’s “Fur Elise;” will love composing their own Valentines Day song using conversation hearts; will be excited to receive a Valentine from a famous composer; and will have fun learning all about the joy of music through song, play, movement, listening and art.

Our Early Explorers music classes are an exciting introduction to music for the smallest musician. The goal of this class is music appreciation. Through this class, children are introduced to classical music and composers, sing songs, participate in fun music and movement activities to engage their bodies and minds, learn basic music concepts and terminology, and gain a love and appreciation of music through play!
