Fishy Piano Scales Incentive

This semester I am doing a scales challenge in my studio! Each student has a fish up on the wall, with spaces to add 12 “scales” (1-inch round stickers). Each time they pass off a scale, or a technical exercise in a specific key (such as a page of their Muscle Builders book or Step into Scales book), they get to add a sticker to their fish. Each time a fish is completed, the student earns a prize from my prize box!

This file includes instructions, a link to the stickers I used, a fish page for students to keep in their binder and a fish page to print on colorful cardstock and cut out. It’s a simple and adorable incentive to help get your students mastering their scales and other technical exercises.
